This spacious property is perfectly located close to the lift, centre of Fulpmes and bus stop. The views of the surrounding mountains from the bedrooms and large balcony are stunning and Claudia and Ernst are friendly and helpful hosts who go the extra mile. I would happily stay here again.

This place is Great!! For an apartment in the valley, you really can't ask for much more. I was here with 2 other friends and it was nice that we each had are own bedroom. Over all, the place was very spacious and we could of fit more people if need be. The owners were very nice and helpful. Anytime we needed something, they were there to help. Other than that, they wouldn't bother us. I definitely will staying here again!

Great owner who helped us out with every need. We had help booking a Christmas meal in a nice local restaurant. Bedrooms were large and clean. Kitchen with lots of pots, pans and utensils. Ski store and boot room. Would stay here again.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im zweiten Obergeschoss und ist relativ zentral aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Bei 3 Schlafzimmern, teilweise mit riesigem Flachbildschirm, 2 Badezimmern, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem extra Fernsehraum und einem riesigen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht in Süd- und Westrichtung ist ungewöhnlich viel Platz vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Bei der Familie Denifl handelt es sich um sehr angenehme Vermieter, es gab sogar hin und wieder mal eine Flasche Wein, selbstgemachten Holundersirup oder Kuchen geschenkt! Morgentlicher Brötchenservice ist auch möglich. Die Ferienwohnung kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Sie ist großzügig angelegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet mit dem umlaufenden Balkon einen wunderschönen Blick auf Fulpmes und die Berge. Sie liegt etwas oberhalb im Ort, wobei man aber zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu allen wichtigen Geschäfte oder Lokalen gelangt. Auch zur Bergbahn ist es nur ein kurzer Weg, so dass man direkt von der Haustür weg los wandern kann. Parkplätze befinden sich auf dem Grundstück und sind leicht zugänglich (kein schwieriges Rangieren). Auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Wohnung gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls im Haus, sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und äußerst engagiert, so dass man sich jederzeit willkommen fühlt. Das WLAN in der Wohnung ist sehr schnell, darüber hinaus gibt es ein Fernsehzimmer und einen weiteren Fernseher in einem der Zimmer. Fulpmes bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Wanderungen oder Aktivitäten im Stubaital, aber auch nach Innsbruck oder Südtirol ist es nicht weit. Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Woche und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, trotzdem zentral in Fulpmes. Das Skigebiet Schlick 2000 ist in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, auch die Restaurants im Ort sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber, mit einem sehr großen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Familie Denifl war sehr gastfreundlich.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Küche und Fernsehraum. Außen ist umlaufend ein Balkon, auf dem man bei schönem Wetter auch im Winter herrlich sitzen und Kaffee trinken kann ;-). Genau das Richtige für uns 6. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und herzlich. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß mitten im Ort.

Es war wieder ein toller Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Für uns 6 passt die Wohnung optimal. 3 Schlafzimmer mit 6 richtigen Betten. In einem Schlafzimmer ist auch noch ein Schlafsofa vorhanden, auf dem unser Kleiner diesmal unbedingt schlafen wollte. Es können also auch 7 Personen gut schlafen. Zwei Bäder, je mit Dusche beschleunigen das Aufstehen und die Morgentoilette erheblich. Eine gemütliche Küche mit allem was man so für das Frühstück braucht. Ein separater Fernsehraum ist auch vorhanden und für den sonnigen Nachmittag ein Balkon zum entspannten Kaffee genießen. Ganz toll ist der Brötchen-, Kuchenservice der Vermieter. Am Nachmittag, frühen Abend bestellt, steht am nächsten Morgen ein Körbchen mit frischen Brötchen und oder leckeren Kuchen vor der Tür. Zu Fuß ist man in etwa 6-8 Minuten im Ortszentrum und ein Spaziergang tut immer gut. Vielen Dank liebe Familie Denifl. ... bis zum nächsten mal, Die 6 Rosenbohmies.

Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren 2 kleinen Kindern (6 & 3 Jahre) zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung. Die super Lage (2min zur Talstation des Schlick2000) wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge des Stubaitals, sehr geräumige Zimmer sowie die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Familie Denifl macht diese Unterkunft, wie im Titel erwähnt, perfekt!

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es fehlt an gar nichts und die Vermieter sind supernett und hilfsbereit, haben sogar Ausflugstipps und helfen bei jeder Fahrtroute weiter. :-) Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, sowie der Balkon welcher sich um alle Schlafzimmer und die Küche zieht ist riesig. Egal ob Wanderurlaub oder Städtebesichtigung von Innsbruck, Brenner oder Brixen ist alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Eine Woche war vieeel zu kurz, aber zwei wären ebenfalls zu kurz gewesen, um die Gegend ausgiebig zu erkunden. Einfach super!
