Not bad but overall disappointed

Place was clean and good sized. Underfloor heating and fireplace are appreciated during the December weather and kids could use sledge.

House is relatively cold upstairs Bunk bed ladders come off easily making it dangerous for kids Soap in one bathroom only We were trapped in the chalet because we were not informed that we needed a 4x4. They say that their says this but nowhere mentioned on booking.com No sofa. Just uncomfortable hard wooden kitchen benches They offer a "shuttle service" but you have to plan beforehand with staff. One time I agreed on 6pm pickup and after informing them that I will be late by 45 mins (informed 1 hr before) they charged me an extra 15eur on checkout Extra payments (room or restaurant) can only be done via cash or bank transfer. They blamed me for giving me the wrong IBAN and after finding their problem, I still did not receive a receipt with the breakdown of additional expenses. One of the double bed was broken Will not recommend considering what we paid and what we experienced

Modern design, spacious apartment

The accommodation looks modern and new, but unfortunately our stay was disappointing due to several key issues: • Transportation not communicated in advance – We were only informed on the day of arrival that the steep mountain road required a 4x4 car or snow chains. Because of this, we were forced to park at the bottom and rely on a shuttle that operates at only two fixed time slots, which restricted our plans. This should be clearly disclosed in advance. • No staff support at night – After showering at 9pm I discovered no hairdryer, even though it was listed as included. I tried calling and messaging the host many times, but no one responded until the next morning. Having to sleep with wet hair in cold weather was extremely uncomfortable. • No phone signal & limited communication – There is zero mobile reception, and the only option is WhatsApp via Wi-Fi. If staff are unavailable after 5pm, guests effectively have limited way to reach anyone. • Room not properly prepared & weak soundproofing – The refrigerator was not plugged in when we arrived, and sound insulation is very poor, making conversations from neighbouring rooms clearly audible. Overall: The location has potential, but accessibility, communication, and essential hospitality standards were not met. I hope management improves clarity of information and guest support for future stays.

Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und wir hatte viel Platz. Tolle Küche mit Geschirrspüler und zwei Bäder. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Kommt auf die Liste unserer Geheimtipps ganz nach oben.

Super Lage, mitten in einem interessanten und schönen Skitourengebiet. Kann gar nicht besser sein. Bezüglich Anfahrt muss man allerdings vorbereitet sein, Vierradantrieb oder Winterausrüstung inkl. Schneeketten Voraussetzung, da man über 3 km auf der Rodelbahn anfahren muß. Sehr gefallen hat uns der sehr nette Betreuung und die sehr ökologisch ausgerichtete Versorgung (eigenes Wasserkraftwerk, Nahrungsmittel aus der Region etc.). Das scheint den Betreibern ein echtes Anliegen.

Die Restauration war während unseres Aufenthaltes leider geschlossen. Aber wir waren auch die einzigen Gäste. Sonst war alles perfekt.

Gerne wieder!

Das Team ist super lieb und die Unterkunft ein Traum. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet also Ideal zum selber Kochen. :)

Der Tisch in den Appartement war etwas zu klein für 10 Personen. Wir konnten uns aber mit dem Tisch und den Stühlen von der Terrasse aushelfen, wobei auch das ziemlich eng war.

La struttura è ben tenuta, panorama innevato mozzafiato e pulizia eccellente

Solo la sera prima della partenza ci è stato comunicato che non era possibile raggiungere la struttura con la nostra auto, poiché la strada che conduce alla struttura è sterrata ed era ghiacciata e innevata, rendendo necessario un fuoristrada attrezzato. Questa informazione sarebbe dovuta essere fornita in sede di prenotazione. La struttura mette a disposizione un servizio navetta ma l’organizzazione è molto carente. Gli orari per lo più imposti imposti, specialmente al mattino non venivano rispettati, causando inutili perdite di tempo. Inoltre, la sera era possibile rientrare in struttura solo fino alle 19:30/20:00, un limite poco compatibile con chi soggiorna per pochi giorni e desidera organizzare liberamente le proprie attività.

Ein großartiger Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

Die Lage war für uns bestens geeignet. Wir haben einen Geburtstag in der Familie gefeiert und hatten die absolute Ruhe und tolle Lage in den Bergen sehr geschätzt. Von dort aus lassen sich wunderbar Spaziergänge oder Wanderungen unternehmen. Die Inhaber sind mehr als nur freundlich. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich und zudem sehr sauber.

Wenn überhaupt, wäre Seife und Duschgel in den Bädern noch schön gewesen.

mooi maar in de zomer een beetje karig - geen restaurant

mooie nieuwe kamer middenin de natuur, als je van hieruit wil wandelen ben je op een goede plek. wel alle voedsel zelf meenemen!

Er was geen restaurant (open) het fraaie complex ligt aan een onverharde weg 5 km van de bewoonde wereld, dus voor diner moesten we terughobbelen naar het dorp. er waren nauwelijks mensen dus er was ook geen echt ontbijt. in de kamer waterkoker met alleen zakjes oploscappucino. En belangrijk: het laddertje naar het stapelbed stond los, gevaarlijk!
