Good for a couple of days

The room was clean and had a small kitchenette with everything necessary. The sauna was nice (I’ve used it) and the whirlpool was looking fine but I didn’t use it.

The bathroom has a weird smell. The entrance in the house had a strong animals (horse) scent , which for me was breath keeping but maybe is fine for other people. The fitness wasn’t quite a fitness room , needing some maintenance (regularly going fitness and trying all machines but didn’t touch this one )

Peaceful and quiet apartment with a view of the mountains

The accommodation offered Stubai Card, the apartment was pretty comfortable, not too big but well-furnished and satisfying our needs. It was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, 2 coffee makers with coffee and tea, washing machine and dishwasher also available. The fridge had a freezer - very useful. The place was peaceful and far from traffic with extra bonus for sleep - the constant soothing sound of the nearby river - highly recommended for sleep issues :) One more thing - the place looked much better than it was shown in the pictures. No problem with parking.

While the bigger bed in the green bedroom was absolutely fine, the one in the living room was comfortable only for 1 person, 2 people would really find it hard to sleep well there. So for 4 adults - it may be a problem.

Täglicher Baulärm, Unordnung im Haus, enttäuschend und nicht erholsam

Nutzung der Sauna und des Whirpools für 2 Stunden pro Tag.

BAUSTELLE!!! Direkt neben dem Haus, vor unserem Balkon, wurde das Fundament für ein neues Haus gesetzt und ein weiteres Haus errichtet. Dies bedeutete wir wurden täglich 7 Uhr durch Baulärm geweckt. Die Bauaktivitäten gingen bis ca. 18 Uhr. Wir wurden im Vorfeld natürlich nicht darüber informiert. Den Gastgeber haben wir auf die Baustellensituation hin angesprochen, darauf wurde er unhöflich bis teilweise aggressiv und ohne Verständnis für unser Anliegen. In der Wohnung stand viel Deko, die wir nicht für notwendig hielten. Einige davon waren stark verschlissen bzw. kaputt. Es gab an mehreren Stellen Reparaturbedarf: die Scheuerleisten hielten teilweise nicht, die Waschtischschublade war defekt, die Beleuchtung des Spiegelschranks funktionierte nicht, teilweise waren die Hosenhalter der Kleiderbügel defekt (die Nägel schauten offen heraus, an denen wir unsere teure Skijacke aufgerissen haben). Die Tassen und Gläser sind ein Sammelsorium (MC Donalds, IKEA und nur ein Bierglas). Bei vielen der vorhandenen Lebensmittel ist das Ablaufdatum überschritten (bis zu 21 Jahren). Prospekte sind nicht aktuell (bis 4 Jahre alt). Im Haus herrschte grundsätzlich eine gewisse Unordnung und das Gefühl es ist nicht aufgeräumt, bspw. lagen leere Hundefuttertüten auf dem Boden. Die Terrasse im Eingangsbereich war mit mehreren Mülleimern dekoriert und diverse Gegenstände waren abgelegt. Insgesamt sah dieser Bereich nicht einladend und ungepflegt aus. Die Unordnung erstreckte sich im weiteren Verlauf im Eingangsbereich, Flur, Treppenhaus und Wellnessbereich des Hauses. Immer wieder fand man abgestellte Gegenstände, Kisten usw. Im Haus herrschte ein dauerhafter starker Tiergeruch, eine Mischungaus Pferd, Katze und Hund. Darüber hinaus ist der Wellnesbereich optisch kein Ort der Entspannung. Die Fliessen sind dunkel, das Ambiente allgemein alt und ungepflegt. Ganz hart gesotten musste man beim Abfluss in der Dusche sein, hier hat sich schon einiges an Schmutz angesammelt, das sah eklig aus

Sehr schöne FeWo in Fulpmes

Eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung, die als "echte Wohnung" früher genützt wurde, das merkt man ! Ein freundlicher, unkomplizierter Gastgeber, Schlüsselübergabe, Rechnungslegung, alles läuft unkompliziert und einfach ab. Die Wohnung ist eher modern eingerichtet, sehr wohnlich-gemütlich, alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird, sogar Lebensmittel ! Ich ahbe mich sher wohl gefühlt, ausgezeichnet geschlafen, gerne wieder !!!!

Leider wird am Nachbargrundstück gerade gebaut, daher tagsüber Baulärm; aber dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts ! Abends absolute Ruhelage !

Genoten van de omgeving

De stubai kaart voor de toegang tot de kabelbanen en het OV was fantastisch! De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk, we mochten eerder onze kamer is dan was afgesproken. De kamer was schoon, voldoende kastruimte. Je loopt in 15 minuten naar centrum Fulpmes.

Wij hadden geen balkon of terras, dat had ik zelf beter moeten lezen in de omschrijving. We konden wel in de gezamenlijke tuin zitten, maar we vonden het rondom het huis niet zo netjes. Zoveel spullen overal. Als je binnenkomt, roken we een ontzettende bedompte lucht in de entree met wederom ontzettend veel spullen. De gezamenlijke jacuzzi/sauna kun je reserveren. Het uitzicht naar de bergen is mooi, het uitzicht naar de andere kant niet.....schuur met veel spullen. Voor het huis stond een kraan, op werkdagen werd daar vanaf 7 uur hoorbaar gewerkt. Ook in het huis zelf vonden op dat moment werkzaamheden plaats.

Sehr schön wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Der Vermieter Luis ist sehr nett. Jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Buchen des Wellnessbereiches ist unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Küche herausragend. Alles von Gewürzen über Tee bis Kaffeekapseln da. Unser Zweijähriger war begeistert von seinem Bettchen. Das Wohnzimmer war gemütlich.Die Katzen im Flur kommen nicht in die Zimmer.

Anfahrt war bei Booking etwas falsch beschrieben..Tipp für die Anreise Sonnegg 5 statt 11 ins Navi programmierten. Dann wird man nicht fehlgeleitet.

Vidět že apartmán už má nejlepší časy za sebou. 1 postel 140cm s bočním přístupem a jedna postel 120cm rozhodně nejsou dvě postele pro dvojice jak je v popisu. Polštáře a přikrývky skoro bez náplně. Neodtékající sprchový kout.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht abbrechen müssen.

Wir mussten unsereren Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht abbrechen, da meine Tochter eine Katzenallergie hat und im Hause zwei Katzen rum liefen, darauf hätte hingewiesen werden müssen. Der Weg über den Flur in den Keller zum Zimmer war sehr unangenehm, da es stark nach Katzenklo roch und es sehr voll und unordentlich aussah.
