Kicsit kéne tenni hozzá, kicsit otthonossá alakítani, és álomszerű hely lehetne.

Szép a kilátás a völgyre, a bejáratból. Meg van oldva a parkolás. Közel van a faluközpont. Futni, túrázni kiindulni innen nagyon jó.

Hiányos a felszereltség, több karbantartást igényelne a lakás. Hatékonyabb kommunikáció szükséges az apartman kiadó cég és a fenntartó között, hogy ne vesszen el információ. Amikor végig emailben történik a kommunikáció a kiadó és a vendég között, végül a kulcs széf kódja egy sokadik csatornán érkezik meg. Ennek a csatornának a megnevezése nincs bent az általános leírásban. Ez nem logikus. Felszereltségből nagyon hiányzik a vízforraló és a kávéfőző. Megdöbbentő, hogy ez nincs benne. Kevés az evőeszköz. Általában minimális a működtetésre fordított pénz, és ez nagyon látszik.

Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen.

Einige Dinge waren kaputt: die Lampe, die Dunstabzugshaube, Matratzen. Die Lampen waren nicht ausreichend. Der TV war leider kaputt. Die Fenster ließen sich kaum öffnen und schließen. Preis-Leistung hat in diesem Fall überhaupt nicht gestimmt.
