Worth a stay to enjoy Stubai views

- great location base for transport and hikes - lovely size room for me, as solo traveller. I have stayed in other places that have been smaller

- no English channels on TV - I was lucky that a lady was there when I arrived and called receptionist who came to check me in. I think it looks like reception isn’t manned.

really clean. friendly staff that communicated well. really nice location close to the river.

no negativ nor things not to like. the only thing i can come up with is the analog low quality of the tv channels and some channels weren’t working but it could have to do something with the snow fall. but this is for us not an important thing. and the wifi is good enough to stream tv or to use netflix if you really want to watch something. so thats the only point of improvement i can think off.

Wonderful stay at luxurous and spacious apartment

The accomodation is situated on a strategic point for people who like to be in the middle of the Alps and have an active and adventurous holiday. Alpenschlössel is close to supermarkets and other facilities with a nice view of the little town Neustift. For thrillseekers it is also a cool spot: within 100 metres you can take action for rafting, hiking, climbing and paragliding. Our apartment itself (comfort appartment) is big, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, a small but modern kitchen, a cosy Austrian looking living room and a lot of hiding space for your luggage. The accomodation was very clean, every day our towels and blankets were changed by friendly cleaning staff. A bonus is the wellness area in the basement where you can relax with sauna's and a turkish steam bath.

Our apartment was situated at the backside of the building where the view is less exciting than on the frontside. The opening time of the sauna area is only from 16:00 h - 19:30 h. Because of the presence of the wild river Ruetz behind this appartment, there were some insects like flies, wasps and spiders at our balcony (this could be only a problem in summer)We asked for a babybed for our youngest son, but it wasn't there at our arrival in the later evening. (the next day the babybed problem was fixed) One day there was a problem with the boiler so nobody has hot water for at least 24 hours.

Rustige mooie omgeving, skigebied goed te bereiken met de skibus.

Het was een mooie rustige omgeving. In het hotel was het ook heel rustig. De gratis sauna was plezierig. Wat ik ook heel fijn vond van de eigenaresse is dat ze de Skibuspas al opstuurde voordat we aankwamen en we zodoende vanuit Innsbruck gratis naar onze accommodatie konden rijden. Echt top!

Er was geen zitje in de kamer. Wel buiten op het balkon. Ook was er maar zelden iemand bij de receptie, waardoor je je vragen niet kon stellen. De vragen die ik had stelde ik via de mail.

Alles lag vorbereitet auf der Rezeption, eine Unterschrift, Zimmerschlüssel genommen und fertig. Nächsten Tag Kurtaxe bezahlt und alles andere war dann self-service

Výborné a kvalitné ubytovanie a pekne urobený welness (sauny, masáže)

Vynikajúce ubytovanie, čisté izby a sociálne zariadenie. Príjemný personál. Po lyžovačke sme sa výborne regenerovali vo wellnes - sauna fínska, parná, infra a pekné prostredie. Apartmánový dom je v tichom prostredí spolu s ostatnými ubytovacími zariadeniami podobného typu a 5 minút chôdze od centra Neustift. Lanovka Elferbergbahn je doslova pár krokov od ap. domu. Ale v našom čase už bola odstavená pre nedostatok snehu. Vedľa ap. domu je kancelária pre paragliding.

Nie je nič, čo by sa mi nepáčilo. Všetko bolo pri našom pobyte v poriadku a v súlade s popisom ubytovania. Jediné, čo je dobré vedieť pre ďalších hosťov je to, že vzdialenosť od hlavnej cesty a zastávky skibusu je dlhšia. Možno 300 - 400 m. Preto sme chodili autom do lyžiarských stredísk.
