un seul fauteuil sur le balcon. une télé qui ne fonctionnait pas (pas de fil d'antenne. pas d' étendoir ni pour le linge ni pour la vaisselle. manque d'un petit meuble dans la salle de bain. une porte d'armoise en mauvais état.
