Not alot. Of course Stubaital is a good location for winter sports.

The view from the apartment was directly on the complex's car park. Privacy was limited due to translucent blinds. If you were prepared to krick your neck then yes there was a mountain view. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. After one night three of the family share the double bed. The short straw taker got the sofa bed. Host was inflexible when it came to paying tourist tax and overnight tax when one family member left early, the latter tax I have never heard of before.

Nice apartments with a great view, but not very convenient for skiers due to the location.

Overall, this is a decent apartment for a small group of 5-6 people. It has two spacious bedrooms, two showers (though one had very poor water pressure), and a comfortable, well-equipped kitchen (the kettle needs replacing – it heats slowly). Each apartment (in our case, #17) has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the village and the Alps – that's the main highlight of this place. There's a convenient boot dryer and laundry room on the ground floor. Parking is convenient.

The main drawback is that the house is located on a mountain, and it's about a 30-minute walk to the main village. You can walk down, but going up requires a taxi (~15 EUR). There are no buses running along the street next to the house. If you're here for skiing, you'll need your own car.

Extra payments in the amount of reservation price, stressfull check in, apartment is in bad shape

Location with nice view. The house itself is in good condition, easy parking just infront of the house. Ski room.

Firstly, I recieved the payment request right after booking the apartment. The statement on Booking.com said the price I paid is final including city tax etc. After questioning what is the extra payment for I was told it is city tak and some extra payments without any further explanation. The payment was over 350 EUR that was nearly the same price I paid for the apartment on Booking.com. I refused to pay and contacted Booking to request cancellation, as my reservation was non refundable. The request was declined by the owner and I ended up paying further 350 EUR even though customer service from Booking told me they are not supposed to ask for any extra payment. But the message I recieved said the reservation will be cancelled and I will lose the money I paid if I don't settle the payment request within 24hours. Secondly, I started receiving spam messages on my phone with another payment links that were obviously scam. Self check in instructions were sent from number that looked like spam also, so I ignored all the messages. No further information about check in were given via official Booking.com message and I tried to call the only number provided all day, without any answer. Sp we had no info about check in. The apartment is unattended, many things are breaking apart. Squeaking beds, very basic equipment. The house hallway smells by cigarettes and weed 24/7, not pleasant when younhave 2 small kids.The second half of the house looks nicer, cleaner and quiter for some reason. Such a shame and wasted potential of the place...

Wasn’t clean; the booking experience was not good at all - we got charged “additional charges” after making the booking, where the charges were not made know upfront and they ended up being higher than the booking cost. Very odd.

Bad Experience

The location was good, near to mountains.

The staff was not friendly at all. On one night at 4a.m there was a fire alarm, and all the guests in the apartment were waiting outside on the road. When we called the caretaker, they were very rude and asked us to wait and they can't help us. All guests, including kids, were waiting for more than half an hour to get it resolved. Beds and pillows were not comfortable and there were not adequate supplies for us e.g., toiletries, cutlery, or any vacuum cleaner. For every single thing like toilet paper we have to pay. We were there for 12 nights, and only 2 toilet paper were provided to a family of 4. I liked the city but the apartment experience was very bad. We were given an apartment which was not facing to the valley at all. It was the back side of the building. So there is no guarantee that one gets the same view as shown on booking.

Wspaniały stosunek jakości do ceny.

Obiekt wspaniały, cicha, spokojna okolica, dość blisko do małych restauracji, droga nawet po dużych opadach rano była odśnieżona co umożliwiało zjazd bez łańcuchów oraz po południu posypana, co umożliwiało spokojny wyjazd, szybki check-in, bez niepotrzebnego kontaktu. Pokoje schludne lecz czyste, okolica przepiękna.

Jedyną niedogodnością okazał się być grzyb na oknach w obu pokojach sypialnianych.

Traumhafte Aussicht vom Balkon, Zimmer sehr großzügig eingerichtet, schönes sauberes modernes Haus. Parkplatz vorm Haus

Ich habe per Whatsapp erst 3 Tage später erfahren, wie ich in meine Unterkunft komme und wo sich der Schlüsselsafe befindet. Zum Glück hat mir ein Gast geholfen. Appartment 2 liegt leider neben der Haustür. bei jedem Ein - und Ausgang laute Türgeräusche.

Geen goede reactie (maar door AI gegenereerd antwoord, zo leek het) en uitblijvende acties op onze vragen over kapotte stoelen, kapot vriesvak in de koelkast en niet functionerende wifi. Pas na drie keer vragen werden aan het einde van het verblijf alleen de kapotte stoelen vervangen.

Schöne Lage, Grundsubstanz hochwertig saniert, sehr großes Appartement, tadellose Küche

Böden und Terrasse sehr schmutzig (Kommentar des Reinigungspersonals, man bekomme für eine gründliche Reinigung zu wenig bezahlt), nur ein Stuhl auf der Terrasse, keinerlei Haken im sonst sehr schönen Bad, sodass man nicht einmal ein Handtuch aufhängen kann, Betten durchgelegen, sehr spärlich möbliert. Mülltrennung funktioniert leider nicht, da die Tonnen nicht ausreichend beschriftet.

Wohnung hat Potential, mit diesem Setup nicht mehr, Lage und Ausblick gut

Eigentlich ein schönes Apartment mit viel Potenzial, ruhig gelegen mit Aussicht. Die Inneneinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, heute wichtige Dinge wie z.B. Wasserkocher und Geschirrpüler fehlen leider. Die Wohnlichkeit könnte man z.B. mit einem Sofa und einigen Bildern an der Wand steigern. Der Service konnte uns nicht überzeugen (z.B. keine physischen Gästekarten erhalten). Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist mittel. Wander-Touren direkt von der Wohnung sind möglich. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Aufzug zur Wohnung vorhanden.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen, aber schöne Lage

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge und Neustift. Das Appartement ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz.

Leider absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Schon der erste Eindruck zeigte ein sehr kahles und lieblos eingerichtetes Zimmer. Die Möbel sind alle extrem alt und es wirkt insgesamt sehr ungemütlich und wahllos zusammen gestellt. Auch der zweite Eindruck machte es leider nicht besser. Man hat direkt das Gefühl, dass nicht richtig geputzt wurde: Sämtliche Zimmerecken waren dreckig (Fußboden), überall Spinnen und Spinnweben, tote Fliegen auf den Fensterbänken. Der Küchentisch war klebrig und nicht einmal über gewischt. Um auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, mussten wir erst einmal den Außenbereich putzen. Der Tisch, die Stühle und Fensterbänke absolut dreckig und staubig und teilweise klebrig. Das Trockentuch für das Geschirr war fleckig und hat gemüffelt. Die Küchensitzbank ist fleckig und siffig. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist sehr dürftig. Es gibt auch keine Mikrowelle, obwohl diese in der Beschreibung von booking.com angegeben ist. Insgesamt ist von allem nur das nötigste da. Es gibt noch nicht einmal Seife im Bad, nur einen einzigen Müllbeutel, obwohl man Müll trennen soll, keine Schere in der Küche... es ist ja kein Hotelzimmer, sondern eine Ferienwohnung, da erwartet man schon mehr, vor allem für den Preis. Wir haben also ein frisches Trockentuch und alles weitere selbst gekauft. Der Fernseher hat lediglich einen analogen Anschluss mit sehr schlechtem Bild. Eine Birne der Badezimmerlampe war defekt und der Türgriff zum Bad war auch beschädigt. Die Aufhängung der Wohnungstür ist verzogen und beschädigt sodass man diese mit dem Schlüssel nicht abschließen kann. Daraufhin haben wir den Hauskeeper angerufen und um Reparatur gebeten. Nach einem unfreundlichen Telefonat wollte dieser einen Handwerker schicken, der nie gekommen ist. Zudem mussten wir einen Gästebeitrag zahlen, haben aber nie eine Gästekarte oder ähnliches bekommen, was wohl eigentlich Standart ist. Leider also enttäuschend.

Fabulós

L'apartament que vam estar era correcte e ideal per una família, tenia dos banys i estava tot net. Els llits eren confortables. Ubicat en un lloc tranquil envoltats de muntanyes i un paisatge preciós a pocs minuts de les pistes d'esquí Stubai gletscher. No hi havia personal de recepció, però no hi va haver cap problema per les claus, vam rebre les informacions necessàries per entrar-hi al apartament sense problemes.

Per dir alguna cosa , la cuina li falta una mica d'equipaments, no hi havien draps de cuina.
