Great location and easy access to skiing.

Roland met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. He also told us where the bus pickup/drop off was and also the grocery store. He was very professional and friendly.

Clean, convenient, stylish, and cozy. We won’t hesitate to book again!

Great location right in the middle of Neustift, the main town at the foot of the Stubaital glacier ski area. Directly next to the ski bus stop which is free for skiers and takes 30 minutes to get to the lift. As for the apartment, it was not only clean and functional but also tastefully decorated in a minimalist yet warm style. The perfect home base for a week of weatherproof glacier skiing!

I would have preferred permanent access to the recycling-and-trash area, which was locked during the night. And I would have felt more comfortable without any TV set at all in the apartment. (There is a wall-mount unit, we didn’t use it.)

Everything perfect

The owner is very friendly. She helped us out when we were in a pickle. The house is in a prime location, and very well maintained. Spacious ski room. We had a great time and would 100 percent recommend this to anyone visiting Stubaital.

The apartment was modern and met all our needs. The apartment was extremely clean and well presented. We were met by Rita who was super friendly and really welcoming! We will book again!

Just perfect!!

The apartment is nice and comfortable, very close to the center and the bus stop. Kitchen well equiped (with espresso machine!!), apartment very clean and spacious with very large terrace. Lovely garden with kids furniture. Rita is the perfect host, she made us feel like home, asking everyday if we needed anything. She even gave us some of her son toys for my little one to play with, really appreciated. This one is going to be for sure our new accomodation everytime we will be in Neustift. Well well done!! And thank you so much again for everything!!!

Very friendly hosts, greeted us at arrival. Property was very clean and modern. Cool although it was very warm outside. Comfortable bed. Parking space right there. Spacious balcony with view of the garden en mountains. Elfer cable car right behind property and supermarket across the street.

Next to the main road, didnt bother us much though.

המיקום הוא קרוב לתחנת דלק, לסופר, למסעדות, לרכבל. על הכביש הראשי, ולידו גם תחנת אוטובוס. ועם זאת היה מספיק שקט. ביקשנו מריטה אם אפשר לעשות אצלה כביסה בתשלום. היא גבתה עבור המכונה שכביסה וייבשה 15 יורו וזה הגיע לחדר ריחני ומקופל יפה יפה. כשביקשנו עוד שקית אשפה היא מיד הביאה והוסיפה עוד מגבות בלי שביקשנו.
