Decent place to stay and friendly and friendly and flexible owner on site.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. We rang her on arrival, and she immediately let us in despite our being 3 hrs early. Coffee machine and coffee provided.

The host was very nice and kind. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was really pretty.

Quiet, scenic location with a wonderful balcony.

Hosts were very friendly, the flat has a great balcony, there are many trailheads in the immediate vicinity, and it was wonderful waking up in the morning to the view of the Stubai valley. Haus Bellis is a short walk from town, perfect for an after-work stroll to get dinner or drinks.

The flat is quite cramped, and it wasn't clear that that the bed is a Murphy bed, which unfortunately blocks all the storage. So with two suitcases there were really only two options: sit at the kitchen table, or sit on the bed. The WIFI only worked within a 1m radius from the front door.

Everything, the owner is fabulous!! The decorations on the room, or should i say apartment is SPOT ON, clean big room and bathroom, the kitchen had everything.. and the eating place infront of the kitchen, and the balcony... I liked the place alot!

If i had to say 1 bad thing..... Im not a huge internet freak, but when i used the internet far on the balcony it wouldnt be a very good connection

Very comfortable stay! The whole place was clean, warm, and spacious. The bed was super comfy and it was the best shower of our whole 2 week trek around Europe. The region is stunning!

Really nice place with perfect location in one of the most beautifull valleys. The host were so kind, rooms traditional and spacious. We can fully recommend Haus Bellis and hope to come back.

Wär super wenn die Hygiene stimmen würde

Recht gemütlich, die Vermieteren/Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und gesprächig und es gab eine sehr schöne Aussicht

In dem Zimmer gibt es ein zweites "Bett" oder eher gesagt aufklappbare Couch. Diese war total dreckig und es war nicht möglich sie komplett aufzumachen da das Hauptbett zu groß war. Erwähnen sollte ich auch noch das auf der Matratze des Hauptbettes ein Blutfleck war, sowie unzählige kleine Härchen auf dem Bettlacken und auf der Decke. Die Gläser, Teller und weitere Küchenutensilien sind dreckig und befleckt.
