Fabulous apartment in a wonderful location with a super friendly and helpful host.

Martin was a very welcoming and friendly host. The apartment was bigger than we expected, excellently equipped and the balcony (with stunning views) was enormous! We particularly appreciated the very effective sound-proof windows and the location was ideal. We wouldn't hesitate to re-book in the future as the apartment was brilliant for our family holiday with young children. Our children loved the giant bath and the trampoline!

The apartment exceeded our expectations in nearly every way, but a toaster would have been useful! We managed OK using the (very efficient) grill in the oven though!

Location was really good. Ski bus really close and we always got a seat. Martin was so helpful and checked in on us through the week. Really warm welcome. The space worked really well for our family of 5. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Amazing views from the huge balcony. Ski room in the basement was really convenient. Supermarket was really close.

Very good value for money! perfect stay for families.

The accommodation is exactly as presented in the pictures, with large rooms, very generous space. We had a room with a beautiful view to the mountains scenery and a large balcony. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The kitchen has everything needed (as well as dishwasher) if you want to cook a simple dinner or have a nice breakfast. The host is amazing, very helpful and friendly. The location is walking distance to restaurants, bars and stores in Neustift. For Stubaier Gletscher ski area there is a bus station in front of the house and the skibus is free. We used our own car and were driving 15 min, we had no issues in finding parking as there is a big parking area down at the cabin station. We had a perfect stay, snow in this area lasts until late in spring. We totally recommend this staying. I assume summer is also beautiful in this area surrounded by mountains and a lot of green even in winter.

All-inclusive apartment. Add sauna and the place will be ideal :)

Comfortable apartment - 3 separate bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) makes it very convenient if you travel with friends. Apt location is very convenient too, very close to the center of Neustift. Plus there is plenty of room to keep the ski equipment in the house (downstairs) and dry out shoes. Martin, the host, is very engaged into making your stay a pleasant one, always ready to help with everything you may need. Bake rolls and bread delivered to apt every day (upon request).

Bellissima casa in stile tirolese, noi abbiamo preso l'appartamento per famiglie (poi c'è quello per gruppi): stanze grandi e cucina fornitissima, a breve distanza dal centro di Neustift, da una seggiovia e dalla fermata del bus. Rapporto qualità prezzo veramente eccellente!

Die Wohnung bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern mit jeweils angeschlossenem Bad genügend Platz und Privatsphäre für 7 Personen, in der Wohnküche kann man auch gut gemeinsam zusammen sitzen. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants als auch die Skibushaltestelle (fast vor der Haustür) sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. In der Wohnung ist alles da was man braucht. Martin ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

Een prachtig en schoon appartement met een ideale ligging en een gastvrije host.

We hebben eind april een fantastische week doorgebracht in het appartement van Martin. Alles was zoals op de foto's aangegeven: het appartement was ruim, brandschoon en de keuken was volledig uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden. We waren met zes volwassenen en verbleven in het groepsappartement, wat erg comfortabel was dankzij de ruime kamers, elk met een eigen badkamer – een groot pluspunt! De ligging van het appartement was perfect: precies tussen de gletsjer en Innsbruck, wat het ideaal maakte om zowel te skiën als te wandelen als de stad te bezoeken. We hebben onze dagen afgewisseld met sportieve activiteiten in de bergen en een gezellige dagtrip naar Innsbruck. Martin was een bijzonder gastvrije en attente host. Hij zorgde ervoor dat het ons aan niets ontbrak en gaf ons bovendien nuttige tips over de omgeving. Al met al een aanrader – wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Een klein aandachtspunt is dat het appartement op de derde etage ligt en alleen via trappen bereikbaar is. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, kan dit wat lastig zijn. Voor ons was het geen probleem, maar het is goed om te weten.
