Lovely and clean, plenty of towels and blankets and a lovely welcome basket with jams, bread and biscuits. Lovely location, the river is stunning and it’s nice and close to the village. Sue has been fantastic, great communication and very friendly.
My only complaint is that the club house wasn’t open the entire duration of our stay but that’s not down to the property owner.

Hi
Would just like to say thank you and to let you know we had a great cozy few days in your beautiful caravan. Everything was as expected and more. Your home is a delight. It was lovely and warm too. Hopefully we left it clean and tidy as well.
Plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobes which was nice to see.
We love this location as it's so close to the town and plenty of places to walk our dog. Our daughter works at Warner's Nidd Hall. So when she works at Christmas time it's so nice for her to join us for Christmas dinner before returning.
You have a super home and if you will have us we would most definitely like to stay in the future. Thank you

A bigger bath towel would be great when it's cold. Some just don't go all the way around the body.. Haha but we still appreciated not having to bring ours.
An extra pizza tray would be handy as we generally cook two.
Really there is nothing to not like here. Maybe it should be renamed 'How can we help you further' not 'what didn't you like'
