Welcome to Xanadu 12-B, an impressively spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, this condo offers a fantastic blend of comfort and convenience, with access to a pool and tennis courts within the complex.
Each bedroom features its own private bathroom with a combination shower/tub, making mornings and evenings stress-free for everyone. The primary suite is equipped with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony for relaxing. The second bedroom also includes its own balcony and a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and tableware, perfect for added convenience. The third bedroom, furnished with two full-size beds, can accommodate up to 4 people.
The living room offers ample seating and opens onto a balcony furnished with a bistro table and chairs, providing views of the complex’s lagoon and lush landscaping. The dining area is equally accommodating, featuring a table for 6 and a breakfast bar for 2. The adjacent galley kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, cookware, tableware, and plenty of counter space and storage.
Xanadu Villas also boasts on-site amenities including a pool and private tennis courts for guests and owners.
With the beach just a short walk away, you can easily enjoy the sugary white sands and stunning Atlantic sunrises. Customer service friday, the day of arrival and the following Monday to Friday was excellent, Jimmy went above and beyond to help us. The weekend staff was not quite as helpful. The condo could use some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked minimally but is sufficient if you don't plan big meals. The unit was extremely clean. The beds are comfortable. The laundry requires quarters and is very convenient to the door of the unit. The environment was clean and well cared for. The pool was clean with plenty of seating but not heated. The location was far enough from Coligny to be quiet and the back way in to the area avoided the traffic. Overall the stay was good and we will return.

Family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Usually stay right beside Coligny Square and wasn’t quite sure how we would like staying down S. Forrest Beach a little ways. It was great, beach access was easy, and the property was clean, secure, and very nice.

This unit provided great space for 7 friends to spread out with 3 different decks, spacious bedrooms and a great table to play games on each night !The bathroom in the walk out bathroom had no fan and no hot water for the the sink. The master bathroom toilet water was turned off when we went to use it first evening— when we called property management the next morning they sent someone very quickly who also took his time to give us direction to get into TV systems as none of the 4 TVs had clear directions that worked . We found the chair/ foot rinse off hose for the property on the last day of our stay. So a more detailed property information sheet might be helpful to future guests.
