The unit was very clean and comfortable and well decorated. The paint was clean and the kitchen had a butcher block counter. The bedrooms were a good size, and each bedroom had its own bathroom. It is just one block from the beach, and we walked back and forth several times while we were there. Would defintely stay here again!
There were a few things that needed replacing or fixing, but the management company was quick to take care of it while we were there. The staff there was very helpful, courteous and professional.

Could have used more towels but there was a coin operated laundry room on same floor as the unit.

extremely clean friendly host helped out in the middle of the night when needed the code for gate and front door the games and puzzles were clearly enjoyed by the previous guest but nonetheless we organized all of them and played/puzzeled 4-6 different choices they had.

Floor need some more cleaning.
They did charge cleaning fee however they expect us to take the garbage out, turn on dish washer etc.
