Our stay at John’s place was amazing. The property and location were perfect, as described. We were pleasantly surprised with the large bedrooms. We traveled with four adults and four kids and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
This location has easy neighborhood access to the beach across the street. It was also convenient to hop in the car or take bikes 2 minutes down to park at coligny beach access and the low country celebration park.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone! We hope to come back again next year.

The building and condo is very old, I could not tell from the pictures. The pictures look amazing but it’s really just great lighting and filters. The very small pond as you enter the building is green and has algae in it (and an alligator beware sign). The condo had an unpleasant smell to it. Whoever cleaned left the floors dirty and screen doors dirty. If you can get past all that it’s a decent place and will serve its purpose for a place to sleep.
