Bedroom 1- This room features a King bed with a balcony. It has a private bathroom. This room is known as the lockout suite for privacy during your stay. This room includes a smart TV and a mini fridge.
As you enter the unit take a right, then down the hall you can find bedroom 2 which consists of 2 single beds and a queen bed. This room includes a TV as well. It also has an iron, and an ironing board located in the closet. There are also extra pillows located in this closet if needed.
Next to Bedroom 2, you will find the master bedroom. This features a luxury king-size bed, private bathroom, and comfortable linens and sheets, the master bedroom is your space for serenity. This bedroom also features a balcony. This bedroom includes a smart Tv and a Fireplace.
All bedrooms are equipped with a similar set of amenities.

Very nice and convenient location. Plenty of free parking even for our Ford F-150. There were 2 couples and we had ample room. The description of the property was very accurate. Not a complaint, but be aware there is not really a place that 4 people could easily sit out on a porch and have dinner. We are outdoor people and missed having a balcony that could accommodate all of us. The washer and dryer are not in unit and cost 1 dollar or wash and 1 dollar to dry. Sadly the washer on our floor was broken, but able to use the one a floor below. Overall highly recommend this place.

This was my first Vrbo stay. I was reallyImpressed with the rental. The host John was very responsive about my inquiries.Beds were comfortale and TV wete available in eaxh bedroom and of course the living room.

This condo was perfect for a small group getaway to Hilton Head. John was extremely accommodating and the check-in and checkout process was simple!Plenty of parking on property and was just a short walk to Coligny.

Great property location for our Hilton Head Getaway! Condo was very well equipped & convenient for our needs, John, our host, was prompt & detailed in all communication too. Bonus to have bike rentals just next door! Would definitely return!
