We just got home from a great visit. It was exactly what our family with three kids needed! It’s nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. Little extras like starter supplies was appreciated. It was a short walk to the beach and having access to a restroom by the beach path was so valuable. My boys are already asking when we can go back!

Fabulous condo. Very clean. Great location. The pool was steps away from the back deck which was really nice. Very family friendly/oriented area. Plenty of room. The property manager was very responsive when I had questions. Will definitely rent again!

The townhouse is set up nicely and the host (Rita) was very informative, helpful and quick to respond to questions and concerns! However the condition and cleanliness was very disappointing! Several of the rooms had large noticeable cracks on the walls, the vertical blinds were missing slats, and the cleaning was the worse! We all had black feet after we took our shoes off and walked around.( I don’t think the floors and rugs have been cleaned for some time!)There was dust and debris all over ( especially the window sills, there was a hole in the floor on the second floor in front of the bathroom ( marked with blue tape ). Several of the lamps did not even have bulbs in them. Think it would be a really nice rental is it was repaired and cleaned correctly!
