About this apartment rental

Close to windsurfing, fishing, and more, this pet-friendly condo brings it all within reach. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 9-minute walk to Sea Pines Forest Preserve or the 15-minute walk to Coligny Beach Park.

Once you get back, you can enjoy your surroundings with the balcony and outdoor pool. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental, you'll find a dining area and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include towels and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

The condo is in a great location, very close to the beach, a long walk or short drive. Close to several restaurants. It was plenty of room for our group of 5. It should NOT be limited to 6 people. It could easily sleep 7-8 people. We could’ve used a few more wash clothes and towels. The front door knob needs to be replaced. It was stocked with the general “hotel” type supplies. We stayed 3 nights and I only needed to buy some liquid hand soap and bath wash. Toilet tissue, paper towels, dish liquid, 1 small container of laundry detergent, 2 dishwasher tabs and small bars of soap was supplied. Great price for a family on a budget. Overall I would stay there again for sure.
