About this apartment rental
In addition to our condo's view of the pool and tennis courts, we believe you will be delighted to discover Oceanwalk's 2025 major renovations. We love the re-envisioned outdoor pool, atrium, indoor hot tub and heated pool area and the facade.
Our fully air-conditioned 1210 square foot villa includes all new stunning random plank flooring, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen along with a living-dining area, and a den. There are 2 balconies with a beautiful view of the outdoor pool and outdoor recreation area. The condo is equipped with HD Cable, Two 4K TV, and free Wi-Fi. There is a heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi for those rainy days or to unwind at days' end.
The condo layout is ideal for 4 adults. A family of 4 or 5 will also appreciate our floor plan as it is divided into an A-Side and a B- Side with separate entrance doors off the hallway. There is another interior door that separates these two sides.
The A Side living room has a couch/recliner and a 4K TV. The living room area opens onto a large balcony facing southeast and overlooks the outdoor pool. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a Jamison Resort Mattress and a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
The B Side has a den with a sofa queen sleeper (probably only kid-friendly), 4K TV, a wet bar and small refrigerator. The B-Side bedroom is 12ft by 20ft with a queen-sized bed with a Jamison Resort Mattress. The B-Side bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a balcony off the bedroom that overlooks the outdoor pool area.
If you love to cook/bake you will enjoy the A-Side's completely renovated and fully-equipped kitchen that includes Whirlpool appliances, new dishwasher, and granite countertops. The refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker. An air fryer, George Foreman grill, Hamilton Beach drip/k-cup coffee maker, French press and coffee bean grinder are just some of the amenities. The state-of-the art 2024 GE Profile Front load Washer/Ventless Dryer Combo DOES REQUIRE our guests to use only Tide he detergent, which is provided. (Trust us! You are going to want one for your home!)

This was our second time staying here and just like the previous time, we had a wonderful stay. It was very well-suited for our family of four. Prior to our stay, there was consistent communication from the owners about building renovations

This was our first trip to Hilton Head, and we plan to return! The condo is in a great location with easy access to everything, especially the beach. Other family members were staying in Sea Pines, so we only had a short drive to visit with them.We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this condo. Owner instructions were thorough and easily followed.
