About this apartment rental
This charming "two sided" unit provides a spacious vacation experience with plenty of space and privacy between each side of the condo. Primary bedroom located on side A with full pullout sofa, guest bedroom is on side B, with additional wet bar/kitchenette and 2nd Living area. Direct access to the outdoor pool, steps from the beach and also an indoor pool & hot tub available for inclimate weather, tennis & pickle ball courts are available on-site as well. Ocean Walk 105 is fully updated and fully stocked, with nice decor and new counters & bathrooms vanities. Ocean Walk is a short bike ride or walk to the beach, Coligny Plaza, Pope Avenue and all of the amenities available on Hilton Head Island's famous South End.

This was our second stay in this condo. Were love the location for a very short walk to the beach and wonderful biking options without being in heavy traffic. We prefer this unit because it’s on the first floor. So when we get back from the beach we can drop our cart outside the unit, and go rinse off by the outdoor pool. Just a heads up for anyone looking to rent, it is listed as not having beach chairs, umbrella, cart, or towels. It has all those things. We rented all that (but towels) ahead of our trip and had it delivered. So sad that it was not needed! I’m hoping adding that to my review will help other families not waste money on rental credits on things that are already there. Indoor and outdoor pools are both amazing. Water pressure is amazing. Plenty of space to comfortably fit our large family of 7. The stackable washer and dryer are full size. So that’s super helpful when washing towels and beach stuff daily! Kitchen had everything I needed to prepare and serve meals. Only thing I would say are a negative is the hot water and washcloths. The hot water barely gets one person a shower before going cold. There were 7 of us and 6 washcloths. I still give 5 star! We love this condo!!

This is our favorite condo we've ever rented for vacation. The lay out was perfect for our family. One living room big enough for all 5 of us together but 2nd living room option if kids wanted to watch something different. The walk to the beach was even shorter than I had thought it would be and a very easy, shady walk. It was very clean, updated, nice comfy furnishings. I slept better in these beds than I do at home. The kitchen was very well equipped. They had lots of good books for reading on the beach. The patio exited right into the parking lot making unloading and loading a breeze. The management company was absolutely wonderful for us. On our check in day, I had scheduled a grocery delivery. We got severely delayed travelling and I was unable to modify my delivery window. My groceries were delivered and left in the hallway 2 hours before we could get there. I messaged the management company, they responded immediately and said they would take care of it. When we arrived, not only had they brought all the bags inside, but they had neatly arranged all of the refrigerated and frozen items in the refrigerator/freezer and even placed the pineapple in the center of the dining table making a cute center piece. We had no issues at all during our stay, everything worked and we lacked for nothing. I'm already hoping to book this exact same rental next year. We loved everything!!!
