Loved the layout of where we stayed, very clean and quiet
Access/parking isn't the best for over-sized vehicles and trying to get luggage down steps in a luggage carrier to the elevator wasn't the best.

The location. The tennis courts. Close to everything walking or biking.
Place needed vacuuming took us 2 hours to get into the condo, the code did not work. My husband called the number it was an answering service that claimed they needed to email the company. He didn’t receive a call back. He called again sat on hold for 20 minutes. They said they would try and call the company. He sat on hold for another 20 minutes. Finally someone that lived in the condos sat there is someone downstairs that can help you get in. He let us in with his master key. My husband and i drove 14r hours we were tired. Very disappointed. This is our 2nd year staying in this condo. I dont know if we will stay here next year. We also had problems with the tv’s in the condo.

The size and layout were nice.
The shower leaked into the floor very bad. We had to use what few towels that were supplied to mop the water up. so we constantly had to do laundry which is not what I want to do on vacation. There was not any supplies like a broom, mop, dustpan etc. to aid in keeping it clean. The doors to the balcony seating area were almost impossible to open. This is the first time we had ever stayed in a unit like this. We have always stayed in a hotel guess after this experience we will stay in hotels from now on.
