About this apartment rental
New Flooring and Freshly Painted in January 2022. Stay beachside and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 124 enjoy a landscape view and won't cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. This condo has been upgraded and the charming decor will make you feel right a home. It has a King in the Master, Two Doubles in BR2, 1 Double and 1 Twin in BR3 plus a sofa bed in the living room.
After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

The location of this condo is amazing, overall we had a great stay. The check-in was smooth and easy. The condo is very spacious, kitchen/living room very functional and the low floor location is super practical (all the beach gear).Some small improvements to make it perfect would be new outdoor furniture and black out curtains in master bedroom. However, we loved our stay and will be back :) Thank you.

From check in to check out. Everything was accurately defined. Excellent accommodations and very clean. The location was perfect. Beautiful pool and easy beach access. A 5 minute walk to Coligny center. Very nice shops and. We have already told friends about this place. My wife and I have discussed a return trip to Ocean One.

It was the perfect place. There were a few lightbulbs that were out but other than that everything was perfect.

The condo was a great location, close to the pool and beach access. The condo overall was outdated. The floors were dirty, they looked like they had not been mopped. Previous guest commented on the curtains in the master bedroom that they were see through and did not keep out light. One could see clearly in the middle of the night due to the lights on the property. No change was made to the curtains. The kitchen cabinets were cracked, old and dingy. The kitchen utensils need an upgrade, no can opener. The dishwasher detergent holder did not close so the dishes did not get clean. Did dishes by hand. The floor in the master bathroom needs replaced due to dirt and discoloration. The living area furniture is worn and uncomfortable. Overall, I believe this condo could use a refresh.
