This Hilton Head Island rental brings you a luxury 3-floor unit condo that is fully renovated and updated. It features a fabulous private balcony with a fantastic pool and turtle pond views. This Class A property comes with two parking spaces, and its location is close to Coligny Beach Park & Plaza, so you'll be within walking distance of the beach and over 60 specialty shops and restaurants. Children and adults will always find something to enjoy, day or night!
Completely renovated with coastal décor, this unit condo will make you feel like you're living the life of your dreams. The unit features a large kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a ½ bathroom on the first floor. The second floor offers two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a laundry room. The third floor offers a large master bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in closet. Also included is a trundle/daybed with two twin sleep spaces.

Condo was great - layout was really nice, very roomy and really nicely decorated. Having the end unit ensured a little more quiet. Honestly the only thing we ever heard was the birds chirping in the morning! Kitchen was really well stocked and the place had everything that we needed. The area is perfect to get to Coligny and to the beach. I timed the walk to the beach and with multiple beach chairs, cooler and wagon in tow it took me 9 minutes from the condo to the landing place at the beach. Having 2 pools is nice but just know that in HHI in July/August, the pools are very warm and will not be conducive to a refreshing swim! This has nothing to do with this property, but applies to pools everywhere (unless they're cooled). Communication with the owner was excellent. We had only very minor questions and she was very responsive and very accommodating. I'd highly recommend this property and will look to stay again.

Usually we have more family but this year only 4 of us could make it. Enjoyed the turtles in the pond which patio overlooked. Pool was nice. Layout worked great for our family.

The condo was clean and well kept, it had everything you would need from appliances to beach chairs and umbrellas! Carrie was very easy to reach and was quick to communicate whenever I had a question! We had 5 small kids with us and they loved going to the pool which always had open chairs and umbrella tables and the beach was a convenient 5 mins walk!
