About this villa rental
Your perfect island oasis awaits at 18 Ocean Club! This second story, beautifully updated condo offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and easy access to the complex pool and beach.
Wood and tile flooring span the property, and an open-concept living area offers plenty of space for your family to spread out. The living area is equipped with a sectional sofa, two sitting chairs, a flat screen TV and access to your private balcony. The balcony has a spiral staircase that leads down to the pool area.
The kitchen features granite counters, plenty of cabinet space and everything you need to cook for your group.
Down the hall, you’ll find both guest rooms. The first bedroom features two full size beds and a flat screen TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a queen bed and has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The top level features the spacious master bedroom, outfitted with a king bed and a flat screen TV. This room also features a huge private sundeck with views overlooking the pool. A private bathroom offers a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Ocean Club is a private community in South Forest Beach area. With a recently renovated complex pool, meticulously maintained grounds, and a dedicated beach access point, Ocean Club offers vacationers the perfect place for rest and relaxation.
Ocean Club allows TWO vehicles and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Please specify number of car passes that are needed.

We have stayed in several Ocean Club units over the years and needed a 3 bedroom option this time. We love the location and convenience to the beach however there are some things that this unit could improve on.Bathrooms-outdated, which is fine but master vanity was falling apart, all shower curtain liners were gross/dirtyLR-couch had tons of pills and was stained in multiple spots. Cleanliness-dirty standing water in dishwasher upon arrival-there was sand under the rugs upon arrival, trash overflowing in outside area from previous renters-unfortunate for us because we were there during the hottest week so it smelled really bad. Mid-week collection didn’t get one of the bags so we had to take care of that ourselvesAC-coolest it got inside was 73. Outside temp was high 90’s with higher heat index. Called rental office and they addressed it-not much could be done. Box fans provided in two first level bedrooms-which were the warmest areas of the unit. Kitchen was well stocked.

We enjoyed our time at this condo. Close walk to beach, with private walkway and hose to spray off after a day at the beach. Kitchen was pretty well equipped for cooking. If you drive a large vehicle, the designated parking spot is a little bit of a tight squeeze.

Best part: heated pool, close walk to beach, nice community, close to Coligny, nice roomy condo with rooftop deck off master bedroom, 3 bathrooms.
Issues: was never given a gate code to enter the property or told about bike code, or the way to exit property. Condo wasn’t cleaned well with dirty dishes in cabinet and food left on dining room chair cushions.
We were asked to leave the pool on Saturday due to owners party, never informed.
But we loved Ocean Club and met several owners. We would book here again.
