This beautiful spacious 3-bedroom oceanfront villa is simply stunning, and the view will take your breath away! Located on the 2nd floor this villa has the most amazing ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. The private balcony is the perfect spot to sit and relax as you enjoy your morning coffee. The tile throughout the villa evokes the color of the wide sandy beach right outside your door. You will find everything you need for meal prep in the kitchen and there is a laundry closet with stacking washer and dryer for your convenience.
Bedroom 1 has a comfy king bed and full master bathroom with double sinks and shower, ocean views, and access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a comfy queen bed and full bathroom. Bedroom three has two twin bunks over twin with a pull-out trundle bed - perfect for kids! The living area also has a queen sofa bed, so there is no shortage of sleeping accommodations here! Not only is this villa beautiful, but its location is also hard to beat! This is the perfect villa for your next family vacation!

Shorewood is an oceanfront complex located in the popular Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. This was the perfect place for a family to have spring break. Right on the beach, Coligny is so close, the heated pool was wonderful. Having the third bathroom was really nice. I don’t think I can do a 3 bed, 2 bath ever again, ha! Staff was responsive and helpful. We all said we would love to come back.

The location of the unit is great. It is close to Coligny Circle, which has restaurants and shops. We loved the view from the deck and the ability to take a short walk to the beach. The unit was clean, well decorated, and had a well-stocked kitchen. At first appearances the unit is beautiful. Unfortunately, that impression didn't last long. We had many issues with the unit. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived, just what you want to do on your first hours of vacation, empty the dishwasher!! The shower curtain was not correctly installed and fell on my son's head several times until someone was able to come to fix it. The toilet in the guest bath constantly ran. Incorrect WiFi information was provided which caused a lot of stress for my husband who had a presentation to do for work, providing accurate information should not be difficult. Some of the lights and outlets didn't work in the unit and the master bedroom lights would constantly buzz and flicker. This culminated in completely losing power in the rear of the condo. We ended up with large orange extension cords running through the unit. A clear tripping hazard for my elderly mother-in-law and my children. Not to mention the aesthetic of having to look at them. and the inconvenience of having only one plug in the bedroom. The Vacation Company's property manager indicated they would refund part of our money, which is not something we asked for or expected, which is good because we never received any such thing. If you are looking for a unit in this complex we recommend looking at Sea Turtle Getaways they seem to take much better care of their properties.
