Instead of dealing with a large resort with thousands of guests you will have your own private home with a private parking area, private pool with large patio, outdoor shower, hammock area, seating and tables for outdoor entertaining, fenced in yard, and all the amenities of home including washer and dryer! There’s a grill by the pool in case you want to cook some burgers, steaks, or locally caught seafood.

Such a great beach house!! Short walk to a magical path that takes you to the beach. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Pool is perfect size for lounging around. The hosts were great! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time! Loved the property, our dogs loved the backyard space and the pool was such a nice treat! The very short walk to the beach was a huge added bonus! We loved renting from Jon and Katie. We will for sure be back!

3 rows off beach through a walking path - close enough to hear the waves coming ashore at night as you enjoy some time by the pool. Close to back gate of Sea Pines and within a mile of Coligny Beach parking lot for motor coach access to The Heritage during the golf tournament! Great property overall!

As just a couple with our small dog, we loved the proximity to the beach, the room options and everything needed in the kitchen. We would stay here again.
