There are three king bedrooms and a fourth room with two double beds, and all are equipped with TVs. Also, there are three private balconies with gorgeous views of the ocean. Just steps away from the beach and the pool, your vacation is sure to be relaxing.
This condo has an updated open kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a beverage fridge, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. The dining table has four chairs and a long bench for seating of six to eight people. There are also two bar stools to give a full house full seating. The living room is bright and airy with amazing views, and a large balcony overlooking the ocean.
The first oceanfront bedroom has a king bed and private balcony. This bedroom connects to the next guest bedroom via the shared bathroom. This guest bedroom has 2 double beds and a TV. The next guest bedroom features a private bathroom and king bed. The final bedroom has a king bed and another private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
For those who are sensitive to loud noise or music, please be aware there is a nearby beach bar with live music. They may be pretty loud during holidays or weekends. Most guests find this charming but others may be annoyed. Please keep this in mind before booking!

Great location with everything in walking distance, the pool, the beach, Coligny plaza with shops and restaurants. The place was newly renovated, clean and perfect for our family.

Overall, this is a wonderful condo in a great community but the condo is literally right above the tiki hut with live music from 11am-10pm every day. I was told by the rental company that we would not be able to hear the music inside the condo which was not accurate!! We were traveling with two young children so that was problematic. I want others to know this before you rent this condo. Some music was fabulous but some was loud with heavy bass and off key singing! Just be aware.The only other concern we had was the beds in the room with two queens were very uncomfortable and need to be upgraded. The three king beds were very comfortable. Overall, a great condo but the loud music is a deal breaker for us unfortunately.

Condo was clean and well maintained. Nice beach vibe. Excellent view and short walk to the beach. Lots of chairs by the pool, very nice. Plenty of towels. Appears to be recently renovated! Would definitely come back.
