Amazing location and size. Fully stocked house of almost anything you need for a short or long stay. We did run into a few problems though. The porch area smelled badly of dog/cat pee and poop, the bunk bed in the kids room was broken and the kids could not sleep on the top bunk as it was unsafe, the washer leaked out from the bottom when we put a very small load of towels in, the pillows in one room were stained and a few pillows had hair all over them, the master shower was a bit dirty, the second bedroom bathtub continuously dripped unless you turned it a certain direction. It was a bit hard to get ahold of the security guard to get the parking pass but he was very nice and welcoming once we got ahold of him.

Great location! Pictures online are accurate. Perfect setup for family with young kids. Pool was heated and good beach access. The grounds were very well taken care of. Overall, the condo was clean but there was a few issues. There was mold in the dishwasher and washing machine. At the doorways where the carpet started, some of the nails pocket through from the tack strips. Minor issues that could be addressed and make it 5 stars, easy. We really liked the tiki bar nextdoor. I see a lot of reviews about the music. We were first floor on that side, ground floor, and didn’t think it was an issue.
