Ocean One 324 is a private end unit 3 bedroom condo on the beachside, not facing the ocean but just steps to the sand! The condo has comfortable furnishings, and several updates. The property has on-site gas grills and a large ocean front pool. King in the Master, Two Double Beds in the Second Bedroom & Two Double Beds in the Third Bedroom. 3 Full Baths. Ocean One is located just off of the Coligny Circle and Coligny Plaza where you can walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, plus the new Celebration Low Country Park and more.

We had a great time , right on the beach , easy and safe access from the pool area to boardwalk, very quiet and calm place. The unit we stayed in was clean and looked updated recently.

We had a great week in Hilton Head. It was a great location with a nice easy path to the beach. Walking to local restaurants was easy as well. The condo was clean and spacious.

We had booked a different condo and they “upgraded” us to a different condo two weeks before our trip. I’m not sure if was an upgrade. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is great close to everything however The two bathroom need updating . The condo was not very clean. The floors needed moped and the carpet needed swept. We went to store bought cleaning supplies and cleaned and swept. Cleaned down the counters tops and cleaned the bathrooms. I was not excited about that. Ocean one is a nice complex with the pool and grill. I think for the price I’d look for a better condo.
