Clean room with some awesome views! Great location and kitchen amenities. Many things did not disappoint and it was an awesome vacation for the family. Shorewood and this penthouse have been wonderful and almost perfect for our family. We did have an issue with the washer or dryer, it seems to have left some dark streaks on some clothes, including a new Salty Dog shirt. We reached out to the host a few times through the app and through text, but have not heard anything. Not a big deal but a little disappointing that it was not acknowledged when we brought it up. We noticed these on the last 2 days so we just brought out clothes home to wash. We love Hilton Head and would absolutely recommend this place if the washer and dryer state was confirmed to not be ruining clothes.

We had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked. The furniture is comfortable. The view is breathtaking. Pool is fun and kid friendly. The only very small thing that I didn't love was how compact the bathrooms are, toilets and showers are right up against each other in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. Not a deal breaker by any means but worth noting if that's important to you. Would live to see checkout at 11, not horrible t 10 but for us it was a rush to get us all out in time. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
