About this villa rental
Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Courtside 46 is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. King in master bedroom, double and twin in bedroom 2, living room has queen sleeper sofa.

I should have looked at the map of the condo complex because then I would have known that this condo does not have easy access to the pool. Also, cigarette butts and ashes were on the patio table...nasty!The unit itself was updated and comfortable.

The condo was located in a great neighborhood. Pretty close to the beach. The condo would probably need a little deep cleaning and some touch ups. We still enjoyed everything!
