New in 2023. Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Courtside 88 is a ground floor 2BR/2Bath villa with no steps to navigate with the ability to sleep up to 7 guests. This property is within 1 to 2 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special relationship with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo based on availability. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This unit has 2 Queen Size Beds in the primary bedroom, 2 twins in bedroom 2 plus a twin sleeper in the living room along with 3 televisions for guests to enjoy.

The place was nice and very convenient. I actually enjoyed being on the first level. No issues or major concerns.

Upon arrival we were very happy with the layout of the unit and with its overall appearance. But after spilling a bit of water on the floor in the kitchen and taking a paper towel to clean it up we noticed that the floor was very dirty and the stovetop had dried food on it. The bottom of the bathtub in the master bath was also dirty and there were coffee grinds and some coffee left in the coffee pot. We contacted the management company but instead of sending a manager to check the veracity of our claim they sent the cleaners back who stated they had mopped the floor. When we showed them the paper towel and the stovetop things went downhill from there and eventually one of the managers came over to investigate our claim. The immediate response was to say they had no other complaints about the job the cleaners were doing. Maybe this was isolated and hopefully it was but the unit was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The manager then cleaned the items we pointed out and replaced the coffee pot. The shower curtain in the second bath was also dirty and it was supposed to be cleaned and returned to the unit but wasn't. As I stated overall we were happy with the unit and would stay there again but we would only ask that it be properly cleaned for guests.
