The perfect villa for a South Forest Beach vacation on Hilton Head Island. This 1st floor unit in the beautiful Ocean Walk community has convenient entry from either the interior hallway or via a private patio from the parking area. This property features an Indoor pool/spa, pickle ball/tennis courts, as well as an outdoor pool. This villa features two bedrooms and two bathrooms which offer privacy from one another making this a great choice for couples traveling together or families with children. It comes with a fully supplied kitchen for days when you would like to stay in for a meal. Beautiful travertine flooring has been utilized throughout. Sleeping options include a king sized bed in master bedroom, two queen beds in second bedroom, and a sofa bed available in the living room. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, mat, and beach cart provided for guest use.

We had such a relaxing time at this property. The weather rained us in a lot of our stay but the spaciousness of the property allowed us to all be very comfortable and spread out. My teenager loved sitting on the swing on the porch to read during the rain! We did get to the beach at least once each day during the breaks in the rain and it's only a short walk there. Great stay and highly recommend.

Everything was as described. We had a 15 min delay unlocking the box to get the key and fob. Maybe the lockbox needs to be checked for sticking. The host was very prompt to respond and we finally got it after several attempts. The space was perfect for the three of us. I would definitely book again. I would like to say though that the host could at least spring for some liquid or bar handsoap for the bathrooms. We didn't bring any because that is the minimum that we are used to a host providing. We are good clean guest and always leave the units tidy, but I am just always surprised with the cost of the cleaning fee (which I know cleaning is necessary). But when your rules require that we strip beds, gather towels, load and start the dishwasher, taking trash to the rubbish bin and wipe everything down...that cleaning fee for washing linen and remaking beds seemed high. But other than that it was a good rental and a great location for the festival that we came to town for.

The condo was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed in the condo. If I had to make any suggestions; replace the sofa on B side of the condo. It is very uncomfortable. The bicycles were not usable, and most of the beach chairs are rusted.
