'SEA-esta' is renovated 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom 2-story end-unit town home in the Ocean Breeze Villas complex in Hilton Head Island, SC.

It’s just a short 10-minute stroll to the beach, close to the pool, and Coligny Plaza!
The difference is in the details. SEA-esta offers a turn-key vacation experience. The villa has new furnishings, paint, hardwood floors, and tile. There are more features than you can imagine. We’ve tried to supply everything you would possibly need during your stay. All linens are provided as well as beach equipment, baby/children’s gear, entertainment, kitchen supplies, paper goods, and even dog bowls! Just pack your clothes and toiletries- your vacation is waiting for you.
Inside you will find all of the amenities of home including a comfortable living area with leather sofa and a flat screen TV, wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, large comfortable master bedroom with king bed and a newly renovated private bath, and second bedroom with two twin beds (can be converted to a king) also with a renovated private bath.
There are 3 flat screen televisions as well as DVD player, DVDs, books, and games for the kids and their parents. Nature provides the rest...sunshine, sand & surf, and blue skies. What more could you ask for?
** Smoking Is NOT permitted in the townhouse
** PET FRIENDLY ** Well-behaved house-trained dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with $90 fee. It’s cheaper than a kennel! (Sorry, no cats.)

o 3 flat screen HD Televisions (65” smart TV in living room, NEW 40” flat screen smart HDTV''s in bedrooms), DVD players and DVD library

All in-season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Out-of-season rentals are available for shorter periods of time.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. To hold your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required. Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
A security deposit in the amount of $300 is also required. This deposit will be fully refunded within 2-3 weeks after your departure, provided there is no loss or damage. State of SC tourism tax is 11% and will be added to your rental fee.
We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent for entire rental period.

The location was great to bike/walk to restaurants and the beach! The hosts were easy to contact and the property was as represented. Had everything we needed. Our pups enjoyed their stay as well. We look forward to our next trip and would stay at “Sea-Esta” again. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed the villa, had everything we needed. Coffee maker, toaster oven, necessary kitchen ware, and kitchen linens. Pet friendly villa and neighborhood. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 medium sized dogs. It was so nice to have the instructions and codes prior to arrival. Close to the beach, shopping, cool restaurants, and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

deck has junk on it. they said there were plenty of beach towels and there were only two. they said there was a beach wagon and it was rusted out. it was close to pool and beach.
