About this apartment rental
Courtside 94 has been remodeled with all the modern amenities. New bathrooms, flooring and all new furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need on your beach vacation. Courtside 94 has flat screen tv's and wireless internet. The condo is an open end unit with lots of light and perfectly located near the lagoon just steps to the pool. This unit is a ground floor unit with no steps and parking directly in front of the condo.
A special membership with Van Der Meer provides Courtside guests with free tennis and up to one hour a day of free tennis at a world class facility.
Courtside is located 1.5 blocks from the beach and near Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza has several shops and restaurants for entertainment. You can take a stroll or short bike ride over for some ice cream after a hot summer day. There is a king in the master, 2 doubles in the guest bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa. 2 Full-sized Baths.

When we arrived I opened the door and was over come by the fresh sent of clean! 94 Curtsied was so well maintained and very clean, something I require when renting a condo! The views from the patio were perfect for a family with young children. I was able to relax to the sound of the fountain while watching my children feed the adorable local turtles in the pond. In the evening, wed come home from the short walk from the beach to the wonderful pool that was footsteps from the patio. I could unpack our beach bag while watching the kids swim. the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner when we were too tired to go out. however, when we wanted to eat out, there were tons of restaurants so close by! the location was just perfect for our family. I can not wait to reserve our week next year and pull up to the "Andfam" sign!!

Almost everything was perfect with this rental. The decor, flooring and overall cleanliness were great. The biggest disappointment was the fact that the icemaker was broken. I messaged the staff and they stated there were ice trays to use (there was only one) I shared that information and they left three extra. But, the ice maker SHOULD BE FIXED! Loved the location and the patio!
