The villa’s comfortable bedding includes a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and twin beds in the third bedroom. For your convenience, the unit offers complimentary Wi-Fi.
Xanadu is a secure building with restricted access for parking and building entry, enhanced by concrete walls for soundproofing and safety. Enjoy a quick 5-minute walk to the pristine South Forest Beach, or explore Coligny Plaza, the vibrant heart of Hilton Head, featuring a variety of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and a grocery store.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I was very pleased with the rental company and would go with them again!! Very helpful and friendly!! The condo on the other hand was very dusty , floors had not been mopped and there was debris under the beds. Outside the building needed pressure washed to get the green mold off and the pool area was small. Location was good
