Great location- close to coligny shops and restaurants. Just a few steps to the beach. Need to update master bathroom and provide extra linens for the extra pillows. Lots of dust under the beds- need to clean a little deeper between people, update all TVs to smart TVs. WiFi was spotty and didn’t always work. Otherwise- great location and comfortable.

Perfect location for us. Kitchen was spacious with ample table space. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store. Pool was great and the beach was spectacular.

We have stayed in the Hilton Head Beach Villas condos for years - can’t beat the location. However, this villa needs some TLC. The carpets are dirty and worn, toilet seat is broken in one of the restrooms, light bulbs are out, closet door won’t stay closed (chairs propped to keep it closed).
