Guests staying in Beach Villa 13 enjoy a landscaped courtyard pool view and won't cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers dip into the freshwater pool. Toddlers enjoy their separate wading pool. Beach Villas are three-story townhouses located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Beach Villas are within walking distance of Coligny Plaza & Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Also within walking distance is the new Lowcountry Celebration Park which has become quite popular with both tourists and locals. This property has a pedestal mounted charcoal grill on first floor patio. Beach Villa 13 is a gated community, and has easy access to the villa with ground floor entrance and carport. It has updated kitchen and baths, wireless internet, and a lovely outdoor dining space. Beach Villas is a small quiet complex that make for the perfect relaxing vacation. Perfect location for us. Kitchen was spacious with ample table space. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store. Pool was great and the beach was spectacular.

This condo was perfect for our group! Well stocked kitchen made preparing meals easy. Beds were comfy. It was also a very short walk to the beach! It was also great location to shopping and dining plus other attractions on HHI.

My family and I have been coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years. We have stayed at Beach Villa 13 three times. Location steps from the beach, short walk to Coligny. Kitchen is always well stocked w pots/pans etc. This year there was a new pool, much larger than the old one. It never gets real crowded as there are only 30 or so Units. We will never stay anywhere else!!
