About this house rental
Stay ocean-side and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex. Guests staying in Beach Villa 13 enjoy a landscaped courtyard pool view and won't cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers dip into the freshwater pool. Toddlers enjoy their separate wading pool. Beach Villas are three-story townhouses located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Beach Villas are within walking distance of Coligny Plaza & Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Also within walking distance is the new Lowcountry Celebration Park which has become quite popular with both tourists and locals. This property has a pedestal mounted charcoal grill on first floor patio. Beach Villa 13 is a gated community, and has easy access to the villa with ground floor entrance and carport. It has updated kitchen and baths, wireless internet, and a lovely outdoor dining space. Beach Villas is a small quiet complex that make for the perfect relaxing vacation. King in the master bedroom, queen in bedroom 2, two twins in bedroom 3, and a living room sleep sofa. Great location- close to coligny shops and restaurants. Just a few steps to the beach. Need to update master bathroom and provide extra linens for the extra pillows. Lots of dust under the beds- need to clean a little deeper between people, update all TVs to smart TVs. WiFi was spotty and didn’t always work. Otherwise- great location and comfortable.

We have stayed in the Hilton Head Beach Villas condos for years - can’t beat the location. However, this villa needs some TLC. The carpets are dirty and worn, toilet seat is broken in one of the restrooms, light bulbs are out, closet door won’t stay closed (chairs propped to keep it closed).
