This beautifully decorated villa offers a fresh and inviting atmosphere with all-new living room furnishings and stylish lamps throughout. The open-concept living and dining area features balcony access, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing family meals.
Accommodating up to eight guests, the villa includes a new queen bed (2024) in the master bedroom, another new queen bed (2024) in the second bedroom, and a full-size over full-size bunk bed in the third bedroom. The living room also features a queen sofa sleeper. For added convenience, a coin-operated laundry facility is available on each floor of the building.
Xanadu offers convenient coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor of the building.
Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

Great location for beach and enjoyed the pool. 20mins stroll to Coligny Plaza in the evening for ice cream. Plenty of towels. Well equipped kitchen and took turns to work in smallish space. Two opposite Balconies great for drying clothes. Had a great week with grandchildren.

It was a pretty good location; have to cross the road to the beachCondo itself was a good size for a larger familyCondo was in need of some cleaning especially the floors. I'm sure guests walk around with their shoes on and it hasn't been cleaned in a while it seemsWould have appreciated better instruction ahead of time about checking in instead of a phone call an hour in advance
