You can enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama from the sunny west-facing balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. It sleeps 2 people and features a cozy, fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dishwasher and a microwave with oven, a corner seating area, a comfortable couch, a satellite LCD TV with a DVD player, and a stereo system. Separate, cozy bedroom with a double bed, large closet with a safe and mirror. Bathroom with shower/toilet, hair dryer, towels, toilet paper, deodorant and shower gel for men and women, shampoo, and sunscreen, as well as cotton pads and cotton swabs. Hallway with coat rack and shoe rack. Includes Wi-Fi, towels, bed linens, final cleaning, and much more. Excludes visitor’s tax. The bus stop is 1 minute away from the house.

On-site costs: Included: heating, Wi-Fi, parking, storage space for bicycles and motorcycles, kitchen and bathroom linens, bed linens. Pets are warmly welcome here. Not included: Dogs €5.00 per day; final cleaning with a dog costs an additional €50.00. A prepayment of €150.00 is required at the time of booking (bank transfer). The remaining balance is due upon arrival or departure in cash or via bank transfer. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Please call us one hour before arrival. A travel crib with a mattress is available free of charge. (Please bring your own blanket and pillow.) Tourist tax rates for the high season: May 1–October 31 and December 20–March 31. Per day for adults aged 16 and older: €3.00 Per day for children ages 10–15: €1.90 Children under 10 are exempt from the tourist tax. Tourist tax rates for the off-season: April 1–April 30, and Nov. 1–Dec. 19: Per day for adults aged 16 and older: €2.00; per day for children ages 10–15: €1.30; children under 10 are exempt from the visitor’s tax. Visitor’s tax for persons with severe disabilities: Those with a GdB of 100 and their designated companion are exempt. Those with a GdB of 80 or 90 receive a 50% discount. Guests with a GdB of 80, 90, or 100 are asked to present their disability ID upon arrival. The host will take the tourist tax discount into account when calculating the total. Tourist taxes are billed separately on site and are not included in the price.
