Our cozy 100-square-meter vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people. The vacation rental spans two floors and features two separate bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room, a loft-style living room, a bathroom with a toilet, a private laundry room, a private terrace, and a balcony. The kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, an egg cooker, and a coffee maker. The large dining area features a solid wood table with benches and chairs. From there, you have access to the terrace, where comfortable patio furniture invites you to relax. On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a closet. There is also a balcony here with comfortable patio furniture. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink. On the second floor is a cozy loft-style living room with a 50-inch flat-screen TV and a comfortable, large sofa arrangement. The laundry room features a washing machine and a drying area. Bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels are provided. We are happy to provide a crib and a high chair upon request. There is a covered parking space, as well as a lockable garage space available upon request (for a fee). You can also lock your bicycles in a bike garage. You’re welcome to enjoy the garden with its lawn for sunbathing and panoramic views of the Alps.

Or the Isar River with its beautiful riverbed, which winds so wonderfully through the stunning landscape and, in winter, transforms into “Little Canada” with its kilometers of cross-country ski trails. Or take a short hike to our local mountain, the Kreppelschrofen, which is sure to impress with its stunning panoramic views and starts right at our doorstep...



On-site costs: - Payment is due in cash on site or in advance via bank transfer - A 50% deposit may be charged after booking. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost; no-shows will also be charged 100% of the total cost - Check-in time: from 3:00 p.m. or by telephone arrangement- Check-out time: by 9:00 a.m.- Keys are handed over in person on site- Pets are not allowed- A baby crib is available free of charge upon request- Tourist tax is charged separately on site- Included services: Wi-Fi, covered parking, final cleaning, heating
