About this apartment rental
We’d like to introduce ourselves briefly: We’re Kathrin & Alex—the owners of our two Karwendulum vacation rentals. Together with Stefanie (Kathrin’s sister) and her husband Dominic, we planned, built, and furnished this duplex from April 2023 to August 2025. We’ve poured our hearts and souls into this project—and we’re all the more delighted to welcome you as our guests!
Parking: There is one parking space in the garage available for each vacation rental. The right-hand parking space is reserved for electric vehicles. Please keep this space free if possible.

Trash: You’ll find free trash bags and compost bags in your vacation rental. Please separate your trash into plastic, paper, general waste, and organic waste. The trash cans are located by the carport. A container is also available for glass bottles.
Storage for Bicycles/E-Bikes/Strollers/Skis You’ll find space for your equipment in the garage. Attached to your keyring is a key for the garage door (on the left side) as well as the handle for the garage door.

Numerous hiking and biking trails begin right outside your front door. In the winter months, cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails, and ski resorts in the surrounding area beckon.
After an active day, your apartment invites you to unwind: Enjoy the sunset on the balcony, cook together in the modern kitchen, or end the evening comfortably with music or a movie.
