In a stunning, peaceful location in the beautiful Wallgau valley, right in the heart of the Karwendel Alpine World, you’ll find a modern and fully equipped vacation apartment on the top floor of our townhouse—ideal for solo travelers or couples. The 35-square-meter apartment is located in a stylish new building.
The outdoor area is currently still under construction. As a result, minor work may still be taking place outside. Inside, however, you can already enjoy every comfort and a cozy atmosphere.
The apartment combines modern living with Alpine charm—perfect for a relaxing stay in the popular vacation region between Karwendel and Wetterstein.
The apartment’s location is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, and cross-country ski trails—in both summer and winter. Restaurants, a playground, an ice rink, a mini-golf course, Barmsee, and the Isar River are all just a few minutes away on foot or by bike.
The golf course is also nearby, where golf enthusiasts can enjoy the stunning mountain scenery during a relaxing round.
The popular Walchensee—also known as the “Bavarian Caribbean”—is a 10-minute drive or about a 30-minute bike ride away.

Your cozy vacation home, 35 m² —comfortable, modern, and with a magnificent mountain view
This charming vacation apartment features a well-thought-out layout spanning 35 m² that leaves nothing to be desired. The bright, inviting kitchen-living room not only offers space for cooking and dining but also a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 2 m) for 1–2 people—ideal for children or additional guests.
The well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher, leaves nothing to be desired—cooking here is a pleasure!
A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet ensures fresh comfort, while the separate bedroom with a cozy double bed promises a restful night’s sleep.
Enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony and let your gaze wander over the surrounding mountains. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.
Of course, a TV and Wi-Fi are also available free of charge—so you’ll stay well-informed and entertained at all times.
On-site fees: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due 2 days before arrival via bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; after that, 50% will be charged. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €3 per person/night for adults and €1.90 for children during peak season—and €2 per person/night for adults and €1.30 for children during off-peak season—will be charged separately on site.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 11:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
