A dream vacation apartment in one of Wallgau’s most beautiful locations—at Sonnleiten. Situated on a slight hill, with wonderful afternoon sun, you can enjoy your vacation here. Your vacation home is located in the annex of the historic farmhouse “Zum Kramer.” A charming apartment where you’ll feel right at home.
Our lovingly furnished vacation apartment offers an authentic Bavarian atmosphere and is equipped with modern amenities. The fully equipped kitchen-living room features a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a DAB radio. Here you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy relaxing evenings. In addition, you’ll have access to two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The vacation apartment features its own entrance, elegant hardwood floors, and a spacious south-facing balcony with a breathtaking view of the majestic Karwendel Mountains. Here you can sit back, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and let your gaze wander into the distance.
From the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent mountain view all the way to Tyrol!
In addition, the following amenities are available to you: Wi-Fi, carport, ski and bike storage, bioenergetic water, rental of sleds, snowshoes, trekking poles, and child carriers

The Holler vacation apartments feature plenty of wood and a perfect blend of tradition and comfort—the ideal place to unwind after an exciting day in Wallgau.
The town center is just a few meters away. There, you can enjoy local cuisine, find a variety of shopping options, and benefit from an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, and—in winter—easy access to the cross-country ski trails.

On-site fees: A deposit of up to 50% may be charged after booking. The balance is due via bank transfer before arrival, or on-site in cash or via online instant transfer. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. (We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance well in advance!) Check-in: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Check-out: by 9:30 AM at the latest Please inform your host of your planned arrival time at least 2 days before arrival! Keys will be handed over in person on site. A travel crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed! Non-smoking apartments. Tourist tax: €3.00 per person aged 16 and older per night, €1.90 for children ages 10–15 per night. Included: Carport (Sonnleiten vacation apartment), parking in front of the house (Lieblingsplatz vacation apartment), Wi-Fi, bed linens (beds are made), towels, table linens, dish towels, and final cleaning
