Our spacious vacation apartment No. 16, “Eibsee,” with 90 m² of living space in a modern country-style design, accommodates 1–5 people and combines comfort with coziness. The cozy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, two coffee makers (filter and capsule), as well as dishes, glasses, and silverware. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a spacious closet, nightstands, and direct access to the balcony, ensure restful nights.
The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and skylight, offering additional comfort. A washer and dryer are available in the building for doing your laundry. Especially in the summer, you can spend relaxing evenings on the balcony and enjoy the stunning mountain scenery.
In addition, the vacation rental features roller shutters, free Wi-Fi, and a parking space right in front of the house. Please note that our vacation rental is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

At our family-run vacation home, situated in a quiet location with magnificent mountain views, we offer comfortably furnished vacation apartments with parking spaces right next to the building.
Pets are allowed upon request. Please note that our vacation apartments are not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
Wallgau is located about 100 km south of Munich, nestled between the Karwendel, Wetterstein, and Estergebirge mountain ranges.
Numerous hiking and biking trails lead you to picturesque alpine pastures, mountain peaks, and lakes. Whether you’re enjoying active adventures in the mountains or relaxing at the many events and festivities—you’ll feel right at home here.

On-site costs: Payment is due on site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A prepayment of 50% of the total amount is due within 10 days. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box. Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee of €10.00 per dog per night. The visitor’s tax is charged separately on-site. During the high season (May 1–Oct. 31 and Dec. 20–March 31): • €3.00 per person (ages 16 and up) per night • €1.90 per person (under 16 years old) per night During the off-season (April 1–April 30 and November 1–December 19): • €2.00 per person (ages 16 and older) per night • €1.30 per person (under 16) per night A fee of €2.50 is charged per use for the washing machine and dryer.



Check-in is from 2:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
