Our cozy, country-style vacation rental, with 70 m² of living space, is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 1–5 people. The fully equipped kitchen-living room, complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker, has everything you could ask for. The kitchen-living room features a cozy dining area with a unique panoramic view of the Karwendel Mountains. The vacation rental has a total of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed. The living room features a 55-inch TV and a cozy sofa set, which complete the overall ambiance. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing evenings on the large southeast-facing balcony. The wheelchair-accessible bathroom features a shower and a toilet. Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price.

Vacation Apartments:
Dogs are allowed in one of the 5 vacation apartments, provided they are registered in advance. The apartments are approximately 75 square meters or 100 square meters in size and are designed to accommodate up to five people. Each apartment features two bedrooms and a living room with a couch. They also include a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality kitchenware and all the necessary appliances for self-catering.

On-site costs: A prepayment of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking.Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Alternative check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. A crib or extra bed is available upon request. A visitor’s tax of €3.00 per person per night (ages 16 and older) will be charged separately on-site. Children up to the age of 16 pay €1.90 per night. Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, parking, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge.
