Our cozy, high-quality vacation apartment, furnished in a modern rustic style with 90 m² of living space, is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate 1–6 people. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, electric kettle, and coffee maker, has everything you could want. The kitchen features a cozy dining area with direct access to the balcony. The vacation rental has a total of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed. The living room, featuring a flat-screen TV and a private bar, rounds out the overall experience. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet. Bedding, towels, free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price.

Vacation Apartments:
Dogs are allowed in apartments 1 Soiern and 5 Finzbach, provided they are registered in advance. The apartments are approximately 75 square meters and 100 square meters in size, respectively, and are designed to accommodate up to six people. Each apartment features two bedrooms and a living room with a sleeper sofa. They also include a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality kitchenware and all the necessary appliances for self-catering.

Pets are not allowed. Pets are permitted only in Vacation Apartment 1 upon request (for a fee of €12.00 per pet per night). A crib or extra bed is available upon request. A tourist tax of €3.00 per person per night (ages 16 and older) will be charged separately on-site. Children under the age of 16 pay €1.90 per night. Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, parking, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge.
