A fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven with ceramic cooktop, filter coffee maker, cozy sofa, flat-screen TV, and DAB radio invites you to relax. You’ll also have access to 1 bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. This step-free ground-floor vacation apartment features a private entrance, organic clay wall plaster, untreated wood ceilings, high-quality wood floors, and a small terrace with a stunning view. In addition, the following amenities are available: Wi-Fi, parking, ski and bike storage, and bioenergetic water. Rentals include: sleds, snowshoes, trekking poles
Cozy vacation apartments in one of Wallgau’s most beautiful locations—at Sonnleiten. Set slightly higher up, in a very quiet location with a magnificent view, you can enjoy your vacation. Your vacation home is located in the annex to the historic farmhouse “Zum Kramer” (Haus Holler).
The Holler vacation apartments feature plenty of wood and a perfect blend of tradition and comfort—the ideal place to unwind after an exciting day in Wallgau.
The town center is just a few meters away. There, you can enjoy local cuisine, find a variety of shopping options, and benefit from an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, and—in winter—easy access to cross-country ski trails.

On-site fees: A deposit of up to 50% may be charged after booking. The balance is due via bank transfer before arrival or on-site in cash or via online instant transfer. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. (We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance well in advance!) Check-in: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Check-out: by 9:30 AM at the latest Please inform your host of your planned arrival time at least 2 days before arrival! Keys will be handed over in person on site. A travel crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed! Non-smoking apartments. Tourist tax: €3.00 per night for guests 16 and older, €1.90 per night for children ages 10–15. Included: Carport (Sonnleiten vacation rental), parking space in front of the house (Lieblingsplatz vacation rental), Wi-Fi, bed linens (beds are made), towels, table linens, dish towels, and final cleaning
