Just about 150 meters from the beach and right next to Warnemünde’s Kurpark, the wonderful Charlotte vacation apartment—approximately 50 square meters in size and featuring a sunny balcony—awaits you on the 3rd floor. You can easily reach your vacation apartment via the building’s elevator. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.
Located right next to the Warnemünde Kurpark, on the 3rd floor (building elevator available, but no wheelchair-accessible entrance), the approximately 50-square-meter “Charlotte” vacation apartment features a spacious living room (TV, radio, CD player, free Wi-Fi), an open-concept kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle), a bedroom (with 2 single beds), bathroom with shower and hair dryer, balcony (side view of the sea and the spa gardens), and high-quality PVC flooring.
The apartment is ideal for 2 people and is reserved for non-smokers. You’ll feel right at home!
If needed, a double garage on Weidenweg is available for a fee. Please note that there is no snow removal service in the garage complex.
Bicycles you bring with you can be stored under cover in the courtyard.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat).
The beach and Warnemünde’s town center are just a few steps away.
A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.
