Our modern, spacious 2-room vacation apartment “Swantje” in the “Bernstein” building in Warnemünde is approximately 63 square meters and ideal for 2 people. You can easily reach your apartment from the underground parking garage via the elevator. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a high-quality, fully furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Residenz im Kurpark,” comprising the “Sanddorn,” “Bernstein,” and “Düne” buildings, was built in 2008 right next to the Warnemünde Kurpark. From here, it’s only about 100 meters to the beach. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the “Düne,” “Bernstein,” and “Sanddorn” buildings, we are offering newly and tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 4 people for rent in 2008/2009. The apartments are equipped with a TV, radio, CD player, and fully equipped kitchens; they feature hardwood floors and have spacious balconies or terraces.
Our high-quality furnished “Swantje” vacation apartment for 2 people is located on the first floor of the residence. From the large sun terrace, you have a direct view of the spa gardens. Here you’ll enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay, very close to the beach and yet right in the heart of Warnemünde. You’ll have free Wi-Fi, a SMART TV, and much more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful living space and look out through the floor-to-ceiling windows onto the spa gardens and the large, furnished sun terrace. In the evening, you can close the windows with electric roller shutters. The vacation rental is wheelchair-accessible and features a walk-in shower with a rain shower. An underground parking space for your car is included. You can take the elevator directly from the parking lot to the first floor, right outside the apartment. This is a rare convenience in Warnemünde and particularly beneficial for older adults. Pets are not allowed; it is a non-smoking apartment, step-free, and ideally suited for seniors.
A free beach chair is available on the beach during the season.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—all just around the corner.
Swimming, surfing, hiking, golf, sailing, canoeing, or bike tours along the cliffs (bike rentals are available on-site).
Take advantage of the wide range of wellness offerings in Warnemünde, where you can enjoy thalassotherapy or Ayurveda, undergo oxygen therapy, or simply get a massage. There are many excursion options in the surrounding area, whether it’s the zoo or the botanical garden in Rostock, guided walks through Rostock’s old town, a harbor tour in Warnemünde, the long beaches in Markgrafenheide, or the Baltic Sea resort of Graal-Müritz. A little further away, you can take the Molli train from Bad Doberan to Kühlungsborn, or attend the Störtebecker Festival on Rügen, enjoy Fischland-Darß, take a day trip to Denmark, visit the Maritime Museum in Stralsund, and a visit to the old town of Wismar is also highly recommended.
