Just about 100 m from the Baltic Sea beach in Warnemünde! Quietly located, cozy, modernly furnished 2-room vacation apartment “Eric” in the “Düne” building on the 2nd floor. Designed for 2 people, spacious, approx. 68 square meters. You can easily reach your vacation home from the underground parking garage via the elevator. Dear guests, a warm welcome to you! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Residenz im Kurpark,” comprising the buildings “Sanddorn,” “Bernstein,” and “Düne,” was built in 2008 right next to the Warnemünde Kurpark. From here, it’s only about 100 meters to the beach. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the “Düne,” “Bernstein,” and “Sanddorn” buildings, we offer tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 people for rent. The apartments are equipped with a TV, radio, CD player, and fully equipped kitchens; they feature hardwood floors and have spacious balconies or terraces.

You can easily reach your vacation home from the underground parking garage via the elevator. The living room, featuring a SMART TV and a compact stereo system for receiving DAB and FM stations, a Bluetooth interface, MP3 playback, an USB port, CD player, and free Wi-Fi) features a floor-to-ceiling glass front offering a view of the spa park and is furnished with a couch, armchair, and dining area. From the large south/west-facing balcony, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the spa park. The bedroom features a double bed and, like the other rooms, has hardwood floors. The kitchen opens onto the living room, creating a lovely sense of space. It is equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The beautifully tiled bathroom features a walk-in, floor-level shower with a rain showerhead and a hair dryer, a double sink, a toilet, and a bidet. A ground-level bicycle storage room is available for bicycles. You can park your car safely and free of charge in an underground parking space. The apartment has central heating, offering you comfort and coziness all year round. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.
The initial supply for the apartment includes one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—all just around the corner.
